The five surface-mount momentaries were originally designed for the fronts of VCR’s and garage remotes; not videogame controllers.
But with the release Mayhem 2.0 firmware in 2024, there are two actual videogames included.
The inclusion of the games simply highlights a long-standing major weakness with this platform; the momentary switches *easily* break away from the PortaPack because surface mount switches like these were never intended to be mounted independently of any added structural stability aside from the brittle and weak solder dots holding the switches to the board.
